CytoCares (Shanghai) Inc. was established in December 2015 in the Zhangjiang High-Tech Park, Shanghai. The company focuses on the development of novel cancer immunotherapy drugs. It possesses a top-tier multispecific antibody drug design platform, and the antibody drugs developed using proprietary patented technology from this platform include one or multiple immune cell activation domains and tumor recognition domains, which can fully activate immune cells and form targeted connections between immune cells and tumors. Among these, CC312, a trispecific antibody that uses T cells as effector cells, demonstrated significant pharmacodynamic effects and good safety in preclinical studies targeting hematologic malignancies. Research related to this drug has received funding from several sources, including the National Major New Drug Development Project of the Chinese Ministry of Science and Technology and the Shanghai Science and Technology Innovation Action Plan.
