Epitopea

Epitopea is a transatlantic biotechnology company developing transformative immunotherapies to treat cancer by targeting a novel class of neoantigens broadly shared among patients with the same cancer indications. Cryptigen™ TSA was discovered through a proprietary approach deploying immunomics, mass spectrometry, genomics, and bioinformatics, which allows for the identification of conserved, aberrantly expressed, tumor-specific antigens hidden within the cancer "junk" DNA. These hidden Cryptigen™ TSA have been identified by research led by Claude Perreault and Pierre Thibault at the Institute for Research in Immunology and Cancer at the University of Montreal.
