EPHORAN is a contract research organization (CRO) that focuses on multi-imaging services for preclinical research and development. The company's mission is to study, develop, and pursue the application of imaging technologies in preclinical drug research and development. EPHORAN aims to establish strong and qualified scientific collaborations with academia and research institutions to develop state-of-the-art molecular and preclinical imaging in cells and experimental animals. EPHORAN will provide opportunities to apply translational pharmacology methods in drug development, including evaluating molecular-based bioactivity and mechanism of action proof in animal models and translating these into clinical settings. The technologies available for experimental imaging are those already widely used in clinical settings (e.g., PET, CT, SPECT, MRI, US) and optical imaging (visible light and near-infrared). EPHORAN will promote the development of diagnostic tools, reagents, and methods for use in experimental imaging.
