Shaperon

Shaperon is a clinical-stage biotechnology company developing novel inflammasome inhibitors (small molecules). It is currently advancing multiple clinical programs for atopic dermatitis, cytokine release syndrome, Alzheimer's disease, ulcerative colitis, and NASH. In addition to its inflammasome-focused research initiatives, Shaperon also has bispecific anticancer nanobodies and antiviral nanobody therapies in its pipeline. Shaperon’s proprietary immune nanobody library, combined with high-throughput screening and in vitro/in vivo systems, enables them to rapidly leverage the advantages of nanobodies over traditional antibody drugs.
