Neuvivo

Neuvivo is dedicated to creating treatments for amyotrophic lateral sclerosis (ALS) and other neurodegenerative diseases. They are researching a patented macrophage-targeting technology, NP001, aimed at addressing chronic inflammation, a key factor in the progressive loss of motor function in ALS. To date, this treatment has received orphan drug and fast track designations from the FDA as it addresses a significant unmet medical need. They are working towards gaining regulatory approval for this compound with the goal of providing an effective new therapy to reduce the suffering caused by ALS.
