MiCo Ltd., formerly known as KoMiCo Ltd., is engaged in the cleaning and manufacturing of semiconductor components. The company is divided into three divisions: Cleaning Division, which provides precision cleaning services for semiconductors, light-emitting diodes (LEDs), and organic light-emitting diodes (OLEDs), as well as coating services such as thermal spraying, anodizing, and superoxide coatings; Component Division, offering electrostatic chucks (ESC), heaters, and other consumable components used in the semiconductor manufacturing process, as well as probe cards for wafer testing and blood glucose meters.
