Vista is a leading independent operator with its primary assets located in Vaca Muerta, the largest shale oil and shale gas development project outside of North America. The company was listed in Mexico in 2017 and on the New York Stock Exchange in 2019, and it acquired two companies with operational platforms in Argentina in 2018.
