Small Molecule Therapy Developer

Basic Information

NextRNA Therapeutics is based on the groundbreaking research of Dr. Carl Novina from the Dana-Farber Cancer Institute. The company's proprietary target and drug discovery engine enables researchers to systematically identify disease-related long non-coding RNAs and the proteins that interact with them, and to develop selective small molecule compounds targeting these RNA-protein interactions. Currently, the company is advancing two small molecule therapeutic programs, focusing on oncology and immunology. The company’s co-founders also include Professor Robert Langer from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology and Dr. Kenneth Anderson from Harvard Medical School.
