Laos Alliance

Laos Alliance is a subsidiary of United Pharmaceutical Group Co., LTD, a large-scale and technologically advanced manufacturer of anti-cancer and antiviral drugs in Laos. As the fastest-growing pharmaceutical enterprise, it integrates both API production and formulation manufacturing. To meet the medical and pharmaceutical needs of the Lao People's Democratic Republic, Laos Alliance fully utilizes the national patent compulsory licensing system of Laos and operates under the World Trade Organization (WTO) mandatory exemption for drug patents in least developed countries. It currently produces more than 500 conventional drugs and over 30 anti-tumor drugs, some of which are newly developed generic medicines worldwide.
