Zyngenia Inc. is developing a new class of biotherapeutic drugs that address the complexity of diseases more effectively by simultaneously targeting multiple physiological pathways. These highly specific single-molecule drugs offer more efficient treatment for multifactorial diseases such as cancer, inflammation, and autoimmune disorders.Our pipeline consists of monoclonal antibody (mAb)-based drugs that can engage several validated disease targets at once by fusing additional peptide-binding motifs with the mAb gene. Zyngenia Inc. has advanced three programs into preclinical development and achieved preclinical proof-of-concept through bispecific and trispecific programs in oncology and inflammation.
