SpliceBio is a biotechnology company that develops next-generation gene therapies using protein splicing technology. The company is developing novel gene therapies based on its proprietary intein platform technology to treat patients with incurable genetic diseases. Our platform is based on technology developed in the Muir Lab at Princeton University, which has over 20 years of research in proteins and protein engineering.
