Invyxis is a new wholly-owned platform company launched by atai Life Sciences N.V., dedicated to developing New Chemical Entities (NCEs) and further advancing the pathways for mental health treatments. By integrating EntheogeniX’s machine learning-driven computational chemistry and TryptageniX’s biosynthesis-based drug discovery approaches, Invyxis will bring proven medicinal chemistry tools and comprehensive biological screening methods. It has now established a strategic partnership with Dalriada Drug Discovery, an expert in discovering small molecule therapies. Invyxis’ goal will be to discover novel drugs with the potential to treat mental health disorders, initially focusing on agonists of the 5-HT2A receptor, which is crucial for treating a range of mental health conditions.
