Ace Eight Acquisition Corporation

Ace Eight Acquisition Corporation is a newly incorporated exempted company in the Cayman Islands. It is a special purpose acquisition company (SPAC) formed for the purpose of entering into a SPAC merger or acquisition transaction with one or more SPAC targets. In identifying our SPAC target, we intend to focus on companies operating in the biotechnology and TMT industries in Asia, with a business focus in China. However, we do not rule out the possibility of pursuing acquisition or business combination opportunities in any other industry, sector, or geographic location.
