Curevo Vaccine is a clinical-stage biotechnology company dedicated to developing the next generation of vaccines, bringing effectiveness, safety, tolerability, and advanced production capabilities to the market rapidly and efficiently. Its lead product is CRV-101, a subunit vaccine designed to prevent the reactivation of the varicella-zoster virus (shingles) in older adults. Shingles is a serious condition involving a blistering rash, and one in ten people also experience severe, long-lasting nerve pain. Curevo is also developing a non-live subunit varicella vaccine.
