Perturba Therapeutics

Perturba is an integrated biotechnology company focused on oncology, dedicated to addressing undruggable targets. Founded in 2021 as a joint venture between Cyclica and the Stagljar Lab at the University of Toronto, Perturba combines Cyclica’s AI-enhanced drug discovery platform with sensitive live-cell drug screening assays from the Stagljar Lab, MaMTH-DS, and SIMPL. Perturba is developing precision therapies to modulate PPIs and PPI-mediated biological processes, with a focus on undruggable cancers.
