Alliant Physical Therapy Group was founded by Chad Novasic in 2009, with clinics located in Milwaukee, Shorewood, Hales Corners, Racine, Salem, and Kenosha. The clinics offer a wide range of general physical therapy services, including pre- and post-operative orthopedic rehabilitation, sports medicine, work-related injury treatment, concussion management, chronic pain therapy, as well as health and wellness coaching.
