Loki Therapeutics is developing a new generation of therapies, leveraging vaccine recall antigens to extend lifespan and treat immune system-related conditions, including cancer. Loki’s lead development program, AWAKE-LM-TT, utilizes the tetanus toxoid (TT) vaccine administered during childhood to generate an immune response against solid tumors and metastases presenting tetanus antigens. Loki is currently advancing AWAKE-LM-TT as a potential treatment for metastatic pancreatic cancer and metastatic ovarian cancer. The company is also pursuing additional development programs based on other childhood vaccines, including polio (AWAKE-LM-PV) and mumps.
