Distalmotion is a medical device company headquartered in Lausanne, Switzerland. Our mission is to eliminate the complexity of robotic surgery to establish a new standard of care, making top-tier minimally invasive care accessible to all patients in general surgery, gynecology, and urology. To achieve this, we have developed a surgical robot named Dexter. Designed, developed, and manufactured in Switzerland, Dexter combines the advantages of laparoscopy and robotic technology. Distalmotion merges the affordability of laparoscopy with the benefits of robotic technology through an innovative approach to robotic surgery.
