Valuence Merger Corp. I is a newly established blank check company formed for the purpose of effecting a merger, share exchange, asset acquisition, share purchase, reorganization, or similar business combination with one or more businesses or entities. Our objective is to identify, merge with, and partner with companies in Asia (excluding China, Hong Kong, and Macau) that have the potential for sustained, long-term growth and value creation. We intend to focus on companies within the following industries: breakthrough technologies in life sciences, including but not limited to oncology, anti-aging and chronic diseases, precision medicine, healthcare technology, and synthetic biology; or those developing and advancing sustainable technology platforms, including but not limited to agriculture and consumer goods, enabling technologies, energy and power, materials and chemicals, resources and environment, and advanced transportation.
