ProKidney, a pioneer in innovative treatments for chronic kidney disease (CKD) through cell therapy, was founded in 2015. ProKidney's lead product candidate, REACT® (Renal Autologous Cell Therapy), is a first-of-its-kind patented disease-modifying autologous cell therapy that not only has the potential to slow and stabilize the progression of CKD but, in some cases, can drive significant improvement in renal function. REACT® has received Regenerative Medicine Advanced Therapy (RMAT) designation, along with guidance from the FDA and EMA supporting the immediate initiation of its Phase 3 clinical program, which commenced on schedule in January 2022.
