First Digital Health Acquisition Corp. is a newly formed blank check company incorporated in Delaware on March 24, 2021, for the purpose of merging, exchanging equity, acquiring assets, purchasing stocks, restructuring, or engaging in similar business combinations with one or more businesses. We have not selected any specific business combination target, nor have we engaged in any substantive discussions with any business combination target directly or indirectly on our behalf. Although we may seek acquisition opportunities in any commercial industry or sector, we intend to leverage our management team's differentiated capabilities in finding, acquiring, and managing businesses within the healthcare industry, particularly in healthcare technology, technology-supported services, or the digital health sub-sector. We believe these sub-sectors offer significant opportunities related to emerging themes, including value-based care, population health, social determinants of health, consumer engagement and empowerment, care coordination, access enhancement, and real-world evidence utilization in life sciences.
