Relativity Acquisition Corp is a newly established blank check company, incorporated in Delaware, with the purpose of merging, exchanging shares, acquiring assets, restructuring, purchasing shares, or engaging in similar business combinations with one or more businesses. Although we intend to focus on finding businesses in the cannabis industry, we may pursue business combination targets in any industry, sector, or geographic location, including related industries such as consumer goods, health and wellness, technology, pharmaceuticals, manufacturing, distribution, logistics, and brand management. We believe that growth will be achieved through the broader use of cannabis for non-recreational purposes. Potential sources of additional growth include disruption in various health-related segments, including pain management, sleep, skincare, cosmetics, and anxiety, as well as many other applications currently being explored.
