G-Tech Medical, Inc. is an early-stage medical device company dedicated to developing low-cost, non-invasive gastrointestinal monitoring solutions for patients with chronic gastrointestinal diseases. G-Tech's wearable wireless patch will provide doctors with patient-specific motility data, helping them assess the root causes of gastrointestinal disorders and develop targeted treatments. G-Tech is developing a wearable medical technology to measure gastrointestinal (GI) motility. The G-Tech system will consist of wireless wearable electrode patches that read electrical signals from the skin's surface, a smartphone application that collects raw data from the patches via Bluetooth LE and sends it to a cloud server, and data analysis algorithms that process the data and quantify the motor activity of the digestive organs. The system is currently under development.
