Warden Bio

Warden Bio is a company developing novel AAV-mediated gene therapies for glycogen storage diseases (GSDs). Warden Bio was founded with the goal of comprehensively addressing multiple GSDs based on groundbreaking gene therapy technology initially developed at Duke University, without the need for treatment approvals. Currently, approved therapies are only available for one GSD, Pompe disease (GSD II).
