Beijing Science Sun Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd. was established in May 1999 and renamed from Beijing Saisheng Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd. to Beijing Science Sun Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd. after restructuring in July 2011. It was listed on the Shenzhen Stock Exchange (SZ: 300485) in June 2015. As a national high-tech biopharmaceutical enterprise, it covers areas such as high-end formulations, biologics, modern Chinese medicine, active pharmaceutical ingredients, health products, and medical devices. Additionally, it holds shares in Beijing Huada Protein Research and Development Center Co., Ltd., Beijing Green Bamboo Biotechnology Co., Ltd., and Zhejiang Sailent Pharma Technology Co., Ltd.
