Commave Therapeutics

Commave Therapeutics, a subsidiary of Gurnet Point Capital (GPC), owns the first-in-class new drug product AZSTARYS. AZSTARYS, the first product featuring an SDX extended-release oral prodrug, was approved by the U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA) in March 2021 for the treatment of ADHD patients aged 6 years and older. AZSTARYS was launched in the United States in July 2021 and is currently commercialized in the U.S. market by Corium, another subsidiary of GPC.
