Targeted Anti-Cancer Innovative Drug Developer

Basic Information

IMPACT Therapeutics is committed to the research and development of innovative targeted anticancer drugs with independent intellectual property rights, focusing on the synthetic lethality mechanism. Based on its self-developed products targeting the DNA Damage Response (DDR) pathway, the company has built one of the most comprehensive DDR product pipelines among global biopharmaceutical companies and is gradually expanding into more novel synthetic lethal targets. The company's pipeline includes the PARP inhibitor Senaparib (IMP4297), the Wee1 inhibitor (IMP7068), the ATR inhibitor (IMP9064), the PARP1 selective inhibitor (IMP1734, co-developed with Eikon Therapeutics in the U.S.), and multiple other DDR-targeted inhibitors. Among them, the most advanced project, the PARP inhibitor Senaparib, has entered Phase II/III clinical trials globally, including in China, for indications such as ovarian cancer and small cell lung cancer. The Phase III clinical trial (FLAMES) of Senaparib for first-line maintenance treatment in the entire population of advanced ovarian cancer has met its primary endpoint, demonstrating best-in-class efficacy and safety. Based on the FLAMES study results, the National Medical Products Administration (NMPA) of China approved the New Drug Application (NDA) for Senaparib in January 2025. The Wee1 inhibitor IMP7068 and the ATR inhibitor IMP9064 have entered Phase I clinical trials across multiple countries and regions, including the U.S. and China, and have determined the recommended Phase II dose (RP2D). The PARP1 selective inhibitor IMP1734 has received clinical trial authorization from both the FDA and NMPA and enrolled its first patient in early 2024.
