Larkspur Health Acquisition Corp. is a newly established blank check company, incorporated in March 2021 as a Delaware corporation, with the business purpose of merging, entering into equity transactions, asset acquisitions, stock purchases, reorganizations, or similar business combinations with one or more businesses, referred to as our initial business combination. To date, our efforts have been limited to organizational activities and activities related to this offering. We aim to leverage the significant experience and connections of the management team led by Daniel J. O'Connor to complete the initial business combination. Although we may pursue initial business combination opportunities in any business, industry, sector, or geographic location, we intend to focus on companies within the U.S. biotechnology sector.
