Meryx, Inc. is a clinical-stage immuno-oncology company focused on advancing small molecule orally bioavailable inhibitors of the Mer receptor tyrosine kinase (RTK), which suppresses growth and initiates anti-tumor immunity across a range of hematologic and solid malignancies. Our lead clinical candidate, MRX-2843, is a highly potent MerTK inhibitor with excellent pharmacokinetic properties, including high oral bioavailability and high solubility.MRX-2843 is currently in Phase 1 trials for solid tumors and in Phase 1b trials in combination with acute leukemia for NSCLC patients.
