After the merger of Kishimoto Shoten and Okura Shoji on April 1, 1964, Heiwa Bussan completely transformed its business operations. It successfully imported and sold some of the most advanced medical devices manufactured in China, including electrocardiographs, X-ray machines, cardiopulmonary equipment, artificial organs, diagnostic devices, and treatment equipment. Additionally, it began distributing zinc-aluminum die-cast products, non-ferrous metals, and ores.
