Pearl Holdings Acquisition Corp is a newly established blank check company incorporated as an exempted company in the Cayman Islands for the purpose of entering into a merger, share exchange, asset acquisition, share purchase, reorganization, or similar business combination with one or more businesses. We intend to focus on identifying target businesses in consumer-centric global industries, including companies participating in lifestyle, technology, healthcare, and wellness sectors. However, if we believe the expertise of our management team, advisory board, and independent directors (collectively referred to as "our team") will provide us with a competitive advantage, we may also pursue an initial business combination in any industry. We are also focused on health-related services or products, including those related to beauty, fitness, and certain categories of healthcare such as technology-enabled services, pharmaceutical value chains, medical devices and equipment, diagnostics, digital health, and consumer health. These companies may market directly to consumers or through business-to-business distribution channels.
