Silver Linings Hospice

Silver Linings Hospice Care provides hospice care to patients in north-central New Mexico. The care is directed by a physician or nurse practitioner and supported by a full interdisciplinary team, including registered nurses, health aides, social workers, chaplains, and volunteers. This team collaborates with the patient’s doctor to offer pain and symptom management, personal care, emotional and social services support, as well as spiritual and bereavement counseling. The company also supplies durable medical equipment and medical supplies. Care is provided wherever the patient calls home.
