Healthcare AI Acquisition Corp. is a newly established blank check company incorporated as an exempted company in the Cayman Islands for the purpose of merging, share exchange, asset acquisition, share purchase, reorganization, or similar business combination with one or more businesses. We were founded by Stanley Capital, an independent investment firm focused on growing sustainable investment sectors such as healthcare, technology, and resource efficiency. We intend to leverage the combined decades of investment experience of our management and board to identify and acquire a business that we believe offers an attractive risk-adjusted return opportunity with technological transformation potential in the healthcare and pharmaceutical industries.
