INNOVAL CAPITAL is a market-oriented fund management company established by ANHUI INVESTMENT GROUP to implement the "comprehensive innovation reform" plan and the construction requirements of the provincial equity investment fund system, furthering the reform pilot of state-owned capital investment and operation companies. Drawing on the successful reform experiences of top domestic state-owned investment institutions, it was jointly initiated by the Provincial High-Tech Investment Company and the management team.
