Ankyra is developing cancer therapies based on localized cytokines, which trigger systemic adaptive immune responses. Ankyra is building a platform to significantly enhance the safety and efficacy of cytokine immunotherapy for cancer. Systemic administration of these potent immune stimulators has historically been limited by widespread immune activation and toxicity. We have developed methods to specifically and durably localize cytokines within tumors, creating intense inflammatory hotspots that activate comprehensive anti-tumor immune responses.
