Frame Therapeutics is committed to transforming cancer treatment by directing the immune system toward Frame neoantigens. Neoantigens originate from somatic mutations that differ from wild-type antigens and are specific to each patient's tumor, providing tumor-specific targets for the development of personalized cancer vaccines. We focus on Frame neoantigens that are either unique to individual tumors or shared among cancers, enabling off-the-shelf immunotherapy. The presence of Frame neoantigens in cancer cells and their absence in normal cells make them compelling, yet untapped, targets for cancer treatment. By directing the immune system toward these frames, our therapies will provide a new level of patient- and tumor-specificity in the field of cancer immunotherapy.
