Our purpose is to enter into a merger, stock exchange, asset acquisition, stock purchase, recapitalization, reorganization, or other similar business combination. To date, our efforts have been limited to organizational activities and activities related to this product. Our efforts to identify potential target businesses will not be limited to any specific industry or geographic region, although we intend to focus our search on target businesses in the business services, consumer, healthcare, technology, wellness, or sustainability sectors.
