MingSight is an ophthalmic pharmaceutical R&D company that has initiated a clinical trial of its original new drug MS-553 in patients with diabetic retinopathy. This study represents the world's first clinical trial of MS-553 for this indication. In the field of CLL treatment, MS-533 can be used alone or in combination with ibrutinib, BCL-2, etc., and has preliminarily demonstrated significant clinical value and market potential in treating patients with C481S and PLCG2 mutations. In the DME treatment area, oral administration of MS-533 achieves accumulation in the retina, avoiding intravitreal injections required by drugs such as ranibizumab, while clinical data such as BCVA/CRT in patients also preliminarily indicate the product’s efficacy.
