Marengo’s first-in-class candidate, STAR0602, is an antibody fusion molecule that binds to and activates a specific VβTCR variant T cell subset while also delivering additional signals to the same T cell (referred to as cis-targeting) to further reprogram the T cell for enhanced anti-tumor activity. STAR0602 is expected to enter clinical trials by the end of 2022 for the treatment of advanced and metastatic solid tumor cancers.
