Arisz Acquisition Corp. is a blank check company incorporated on July 21, 2021, and we were formed for the purpose of effecting a merger, share exchange, asset acquisition, share purchase, reorganization, or similar business combination with one or more businesses. While we may pursue an initial business combination target in any business or industry, we intend to conduct a global search with a focus on companies within the healthcare industry.
