Capitalworks Emerging Markets Acquisition Corp is a newly established blank check company, incorporated as an exempted company in the Cayman Islands, with the purpose of merging, exchanging shares, acquiring assets, purchasing shares, restructuring, or engaging in similar business combinations with one or more businesses. We intend to focus our search on high-growth companies operating in selected emerging markets, with the ability to sustainably replicate their business models, market, or translate their products for developed markets. Sectors of particular interest include consumer and consumer technology, financial and business services, healthcare and technology, media and telecommunications, or TMT. Our management team possesses deep investment and operational experience in these areas.
