Gardiner Healthcare Acquisitions Corp. is a newly established blank check company incorporated in Delaware on March 25, 2021. Its purpose is to merge, exchange shares, acquire assets, purchase shares, restructure, or engage in similar business combinations with one or more businesses. To date, our efforts have been limited to organizational activities and activities related to this offering. We have not identified any specific business combination targets, nor have we generated any operating revenue. We may not generate operating revenue for a considerable period after completing our initial business combination. Although we may seek acquisition opportunities in any business, industry, sector, or geographic location, we intend to focus on industries that complement the background of our management team. Leveraging the ability of our management team to identify and acquire businesses, we will concentrate on the healthcare or healthcare-related industries.
