DIGITAL HEALTH ACQUISITION CORP. is a blank check company whose business objective is to achieve a merger, capital stock exchange, asset acquisition, stock purchase, reorganization, or other similar business combination with one or more businesses. We intend to focus on enterprises centered on healthcare technology, with a total enterprise value ranging from approximately $175 million to $500 million, which will benefit from access to the public markets as well as the business and strategic expertise of our management team and board of directors. We will strive to leverage our management team's significant experience in completing initial business combinations in the digital healthcare market, with the ultimate goal of seeking attractive returns for our shareholders.
