RJ Reynolds

RJ Reynolds Tobacco Company (RJR), headquartered in North Carolina, was founded by RJ Reynolds in 1875 and is the second-largest tobacco company in the United States (after Altria Group). RJR is an indirectly wholly-owned subsidiary of Reynolds American Inc., which is 42% owned by British American Tobacco.
