We intend to pursue targets in the life sciences industry, primarily focusing on new therapies, medical devices, or service outcomes that contribute to improving healthcare. Our management team, directors, and advisors have extensive experience in these fields. We believe the opportunity set for potential targets is significant, and we plan to focus on assets in the United States, Europe, and Israel. We have not identified any business combination targets.
