LAVA Medtech Acquisition

LAVA Medtech Acquisition Corp. is a newly registered blank check company incorporated on March 31, 2021. It was formed for the purpose of achieving a merger, capital stock exchange, asset acquisition, stock purchase, reorganization, or similar business combination with one or more businesses. While we may pursue an acquisition in any industry or region, we intend to leverage our management team's ability to identify, acquire, and operate businesses that may offer attractive risk-adjusted return opportunities. As such, we plan to focus our investments on industries that complement our management team’s background in healthcare and healthcare-related sectors (primarily in the United States and Canada). Specifically, we aim to prioritize innovative, developmental, or early commercial-stage companies within medical devices, diagnostics, and digital health (collectively referred to as “MedTech”), where we believe significant opportunities exist for clinical impact and high growth potential.
