PepperLime Health Acquisition Corp is a newly established blank check company with the purpose of merging, stock exchange, asset acquisition, stock purchase, reorganization, or similar business combinations with one or more businesses. Although we may seek business combination targets in any industry or geographic location, we currently intend to focus our efforts on identifying businesses at the intersection of technology with consumer health and wellness. We believe that targeting consumer health and wellness businesses will enable us to leverage the experience and core competencies of our management team, board, and advisory team. Within this industry, we plan to target a wide range of verticals that help consumers pursue "holistic well-being," including but not limited to physical health, behavioral and mental health, sexual health, women's health, and sleep-related health. We believe these verticals have significant fragmentation and attractive end markets that align with our mission to build a platform that promotes human health, as well as our differentiated approach to health and wellness using the biopsychosocial model, which encompasses the interconnectedness between body, mind, and relationships.
