Silvan Medical was co-founded by Professor Yang Ke, a renowned expert in the field of medical metallic materials in China, and Academician Dai Kerong, a distinguished clinical orthopedic specialist. The company is dedicated to developing high-end medical devices, primarily for orthopedics, by applying innovative medical metallic materials. Currently, it has achieved industrial-scale production of bulk antibacterial metals and biodegradable magnesium alloys. The antibacterial titanium alloy series for orthopedic trauma is rapidly advancing through regulatory registration in both the European Union and China, with clinical trials scheduled to commence within the year. In addition, the vascular suturing device developed by the company has obtained EU CE certification and is currently undergoing registration in China.
