PHOENIX BIOTECH ACQUISITION CORP. is a newly established blank check company formed for the purpose of merging, exchanging shares, acquiring assets, purchasing shares, restructuring, or engaging in similar business combinations with one or more businesses. To date, we have not generated any operating revenue, and even after completing our initial business combination, we may still not generate operating revenue. While we may pursue acquisition opportunities in any business, industry, sector, or geographic location, we intend to focus on industries that complement the background of our management team and leverage their ability to identify and acquire businesses, concentrating on the healthcare or healthcare-related industries in the United States and Europe. In particular, we plan to prioritize companies where the management team has extensive experience in the life sciences field.
