Monterey Bio Acquisition is a blank check company incorporated in Delaware, with the business objective of achieving a merger, stock exchange, asset acquisition, share purchase, reorganization, or similar business combination with one or more businesses. Our acquisition strategy is to leverage our expertise and network to identify, negotiate, and acquire one or more business targets (i.e., companies) and/or one or more assets within licensed fields, or combine business targets with licensed assets, with the ultimate goal of building a publicly traded clinical-stage biotechnology enterprise. Our aim is to evaluate business targets that are developing or supporting pre-commercial therapeutic candidates across a broad range of therapeutic areas, initially focusing on oncology and immunology.
